Video Making & Upload Guidelines
Rules and Regulations (Guidelines)
Participants may choose any one subject from Given list of Subjects in Your Catagory. The 22 Official languages(Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu) of all 28 states and 8 union territories of India are Allowed to Use in this competition. Note: The duration of the Video must not exceed to SIX (6) minutes.
Before recording the Speech, the candidate must show the identity card issued, state their name, city, Language and the Title of the subject selected
Special Note: Ensure that neither Speech nor a dialogue hurt the sentiments of any country, land, water, boundary, language, religion, caste, or an individual.
Candidates are permitted to use notes or chits in the recording.They Can also Read their speech in the recording.
During recording, ensure a quiet environment, clear audio quality, and visible facial clarity. The speaker must be positioned at the center of the frame. The background should not be blue or green.
The video must be recorded in landscape mode. Videos shot in Portrait mode will not be accepted.
No co-speaker(duet) is allowed. Only the candidate’s voice must be recorded; the inclusion of any other voice will be treated as a violation.
Except for the beginning and end, no editing is allowed within the performance section of the video.
Candidates must upload the recorded Speech video clip to the organisation’s portal or submit it via the link provided through E-Mail on your registration confirmation mail.Along with the video, the following documents are required: a photo clicked on mobile(Selfie), Aadhaar card copy, and Speak Bee ID card copy.
During the Video upload process, telephonic or face-to-face interviews, and interaction with the organisation, the candidate must compulsorily use the identity card issued by the organisation.
Candidates must ensure the confidentiality of their identity card details and prevent duplication by others.
Each candidate is allowed only One Registration Number and One Identity card. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
The organisation reserves the right to use candidates’ Speech videos during the selection process on its portal and social media platforms.
Candidates are prohibited from sharing their competition video entries on any other social media platforms or portals except those of the organisation. Violation will lead to disqualification.
Only high-quality videos and entries submitted within the specified deadline will be considered valid.
Selection Process
First Round:
Candidates must upload up to Six (6) minute Speech recording video clip according to the guidelines, via link shared by the organization through E-Mail on your registration confirmation mail.
Along with the video, candidates must submit:
Organizational identity card
A selfie photo clicked on their mobile
A copy of their Aadhaar card
Advancement to the second round will be based on the performance quality, application of Speech, and responses received on YouTube (likes, comments, total views), as well as judges’ evaluation.
Second Round:
At the national level, ten (10) candidates from each state and union territory (covering all 28 states and 8 UT’s) will be selected. Additionally, three awards per state will be presented.
These ten state-level finalists will participate in a live audio-video interview. Based on their performance before the judges, 45 candidates will move forward to the Studio Round.
Third Round:
Candidates will take part in a live studio interview and showcase their speaking ability.
The top nine (9) finalists will be selected for the grand finale.
Fourth Round (Award Ceremony):
The nine finalists will give a live stage speech performance.
Based on the judgment of the panel and special jury members, the First, Second, and Third Prize Winners will be declared.
The remaining six finalists will be honoured with the “Veerochita Vaak Chatur“Award.
The decision of the judges will be final.

1.How to submit my video?
“Participants can upload their competition videos using the secure link sent to their registered email address after successful registration. Alternatively, the upload link provided above on this page may also be used.”
2.What subjects are available?
“Each category in the competition has access to the same six subjects. The detailed subject list will be sent to your registered email address after your registration is successfully completed.”
3.What are the interview rounds?
“After submitting their competition videos, participants may be invited to attend telephonic and video interviews as part of the evaluation process.”
4.Is there a registration fee?

“A non-refundable registration fee of ₹150 is required to participate in the competition. This fee can be paid securely through the ‘Pay & Register’ link provided above.”
5.When is the deadline?
“The deadline for video submissions will be officially announced on our website and social media channels. Participants are advised to regularly check these platforms to stay updated on important dates and announcements.”
