About Speak Bee

          Parampara Studios presents Speak Bee 2025-26, a speech essay competition that celebrates the power of expression and social thought. The contest provides a platform for participants to showcase their ideas, perspectives, and creativity in the form of a recorded video presentation (up to 6 minutes).

       Participants can choose a subject from six given topics (specific to their category) and submit their entry online. Speak Bee aims to encourage clear thinking, confident speaking, and socially relevant writing among students and the general public.

Competition Categories

1. Junior Division

   • Eligibility: Students from 5th Standard to 10th Standard

   • Requirement: Must be currently studying
     

2. Senior Division

   • Eligibility: Students from 11th Standard and equivalent (ITI, Diploma, Nursing, etc.), Graduation, Post-Graduation, and Research Scholars

   • Requirement: Must be currently studying
     

3. General Division

   • Eligibility: Open to anyone aged 10 years & above any age

   • Requirement: For those not currently studying

Each category has a separate set of subjects and individual prizes to ensure fair evaluation and recognition.

Our Mission

              Education – Every Child’s Right, Every Individual’s Need

          Education is a fundamental right of every child and an inseparable part of life. In this regard, governments, non-governmental organisations, and many social institutions have continuously supported education and emphasised its importance by providing free education, subsidised opportunities, and scholarships to thousands of students.

          However, most scholarship criteria are still determined largely by marks, caste, religion, economic status, or gender. We strongly believe that a student’s intellectual perspective and critical thinking should also be recognised as a qualification. With this vision, Parampara Studios, through its division “Speak Bee”, has been consistently organising essay and Speech Essay competitions for Schools, high schools, Pre-University, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate and Research students and also non studying general Citizens. Winners are honoured with merit awards and financial assistance, thereby offering more students the opportunity to benefit from this initiative.

        At a time when students often confine their thoughts to reels, shorts, and one-liners, this speech essay competition seeks to provide them a meaningful platform to bring forward their social awareness and generational perspectives through writing. We extend our best wishes to all participants in this endeavour.

            With a sense of social commitment, Parampara Studios has also been working to nurture and encourage students’ interests in art, literature, and culture. The institute regularly organises innovative programs and workshops to promote theatre, music, dance, literature, and other art forms in practical and impactful ways.

                Parampara Studios, not limited to Bengaluru, is striving to reach students across India. By forming expert trainer and advisory panels, it is offering quality training and opportunities in theatre, music, literature, dance, and other disciplines. What is Speak Bee competition?

Speak Bee, a unique speech essay competition designed to inspire expression, thought, and creativity. Participants will present their speech/essay in the form of a recorded video (up to 6 minutes) on one of six given topics, chosen according to their category.

How do I participate?

Participants must create a video on a given subject and upload it through our provided link.

• Participants must submit a video recording of their speech/essay.

• Maximum duration: 6 minutes.

• Content must be based on one of the six assigned topics for their category.

• Entries must be original; plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

• Submissions must be made before the official deadline.

What are the competition rounds?

The competition includes video submissions followed by three rounds: telephonic interviews, Live video interviews and Stage performance.

What subjects are covered?

There are six subjects available for all categories in the competition.

How to register?

Registration can be completed through our payment link provided on the website.
